Latex Help

I understand that some people are unfamiliar with latex. I could sit here and spend a few hours to type up a whole bunch of nice examples that you could use as a cheat sheet to learning and using latex for math equations. But instead I am going to use this page to link to some sites that have already done the work for me.

Short Math Guide for Latex by Michael Downes This is a nice pdf that shows the latex code side by side with the resulting output.

Cheat sheet by Winston Chang is an awesome cheat sheet for Latex in general. I recommend printing a copy double sided and keeping it handy if you ever plan on using latex semi-regularly. I know I have done so and use it frequently when I forget a command or I'm just so tired that I'm to scatterbrained to use the appropriate one.
